Almásfüzitő felső

Sunny days in Hungary continue—today, I'm at the former Ostbahn, which is now Hungarian railway nr 1 between Budapest and Hegyeshalom.
The entrance to the station Almásfüzitő felső
The railways in the region, especially Austria, have been severely disrupted by recent rain and flooding, but traffic seems to be open again.

The freight operations are dominated by ÖBB. In 2008, during the privatisation ÖBB purchased the freight division of Hungarian MAV Cargo and a new company was created - Rail Cargo Hungaria Zrt
