491 001 is an Alstom Prima EL2U normally only seen in France and some parts of southwest Germany
This locomotive was used by Fret SNCF in France between 2005 and 2020, and since 2020, it has been in Hungary, now leased by TE—TRAIN EUROPE Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft.
It is actually sort of a platform where I'm standing, but to get here you have to cross the tracks
